Sciences","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"【目的】情動知能(EmotionalIntelligence:EQ)とSelf-Esteemは,いずれも個人の適応にかかわる重要な概念であるが,その両者の関連性を調べた研究はまだ報告されていない。本研究においては,EQとSelf-Esteemの関連性について検討する。【方法】質問紙法による調査。【対象】201X年に,4年制看護大学看護学科に入学した1年生96人。【結果】有効回答数は84人(男性19人・女子65人)であった。EQの3領域とSelf-Esteem との相関を求めたところ,自己対応領域(r=.20,p<.10)や対人対応領域(r=-.03,p>.10)に比べて,状況対応領域(r=.30,p<.01)との間の相関が強いことが分かった。EQS下位因子別に調べたところ,自己コントロールとSelf-Esteem との間に弱い正の相関(r=.25,p<.05)が認められた。また,状況洞察(r=.26,p<.05),リーダーシップ(r=.29,p<.01),状況コントロール(r=.25,p<.05)の各因子についてもSEとの弱い正の相関が示された。一方,共感性とは負の相関の傾向(r=-.21,p<.10)が認められた。【考察】一般的に,Self-Esteem の低い人は自分が,他者からどのように見られているかを気にかけ,他者の気持ちを慮る傾向があるため,他者の気持ちに対する共感性が高まるのではないかと推察される。これは,対人援助職にとってSelf-Esteem
