Sciences","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"【目的】母乳育児などの親としての役割に関係する行動は,その国の文化や社会制度に影響されることがある。今回,アメリカハワイ州B島の日本人助産師が開設しているクリニックに,母乳育児継続のために受診してきた外国人女性6名に対するインタビューを行った。そこで得られたデータから,外国人女性の母乳育児に対するケアニーズが明らかになったので報告する。【対象と方法】研究デザインは質的記述的研究である。6名の外国人女性に対して,研究者が作成したインタビューガイドを用いて,半構成的面接法によりデータを収集した。外国人女性への健診場面でのインタューは通訳を介して正確なデータを得るように努めた。【結果】研究協力者6名から得られたデータを分析した結果,外国人女性の母乳育児に対するケアニーズとして,【不安なく母乳育児を継続するために入院中に必要な知識や技術を習得した】,【母乳育児を通して母親役割を遂行したい】,【機械的ではなく親身な援助を受けたい】,【母乳育児を続けるために,家族も含めた指導を受けたい】,【医療者の母乳育児に対する指導内容を統一して欲しい】,【働く女性も母乳育児が継続できるように職場や同僚への啓蒙活動をもっとして欲しい】,【確かな技術を持った助産師に継続的にケアを受けたい】という7つのカテゴリーと14のサブカテゴリーが抽出された。【結論】母乳育児を希望する女性は,退院して初めて自分の母乳育児に対するケアニーズに気づいていた。これらのケアニーズは,母乳育児を希望する日本人女性のケアニーズと同様であった。また,日本人助産師のケアは,文化的に異なる背景の対象者にとっても必要なケアであり,母親として母乳育児を希望する女性に必要なケアでもあった。また,働く女性が母乳育児を続けるためには,社会制度や職場の理解が必要であることも明らかになった。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_identifier_registration":{"attribute_name":"ID登録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_identifier_reg_text":"10.20638/00000021","subitem_identifier_reg_type":"JaLC"}]},"item_10002_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"関西看護医療大学"}]},"item_10002_relation_12":{"attribute_name":"論文ID（NAID）","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_relation_type":"isIdenticalTo","subitem_relation_type_id":{"subitem_relation_type_id_text":"110010039114","subitem_relation_type_select":"NAID"}}]},"item_10002_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AA12398668","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_10002_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"18835686","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_10002_version_type_20":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85","subitem_version_type":"VoR"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"小嶋,
