Sciences","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"【目的】糖尿病罹患という長く苦しい状況の中で,糖尿病の病状が悪化する人としない人がいるのはなぜかということに着目し,健康生成論を理論背景として,2 型糖尿病患者の「健康に生き抜く力」を構成する要素は何かを明らかにする。【対象】病院・診療所で治療中の2 型糖尿病患者8 名を対象に,半構成的面接をおこなった。それぞれのインタビューの逐語録をデータとして,質的分析をおこなった。倫理的配慮として,研究協力者に,本研究の趣旨,研究協力拒否の権利,研究拒否をしても不利益を受けないこと,匿名性の確保,データの厳重管理について口頭と文書で説明し,文書によって同意を得た。また,研究者が所属する大学の研究倫理委員会の承認を得た。【結果】2 型糖尿病患者の「健康に生き抜く力」の構成要素として,「客観的に判断する力」「自己決定できる力」「調整できる力」「状況を判断する力」「ポジティブに捉える力」「支援を得る力」が抽出された。【考察】2 型糖尿病患者の「健康に生き抜く力」は,自覚症状で判断できない疾患の特徴から,自覚症状には頼らず,データから疾患の悪化を推測し,生活をコントロールしているという「客観的に判断する力」が糖尿病の悪化を防いでいることが認められた。仕事や職場環境に影響されなくなった定年退職後は,「自己決定できる力」と,食事や薬の調整を自分が考え,実行したいようにコントロールできる「調整できる力」により,病状が悪化しなくなっていた。また,合併症を起こしたことにより,今までの自分の行動を反省すると共に,自分の将来を見通し,今後のことを考え無茶はしないという「状況を判断する力」,合併症を起こした状況を悲観することなく,なんとかしようと前向きに考えるという「ポジティブに捉える力」を持っていた。また,食事療法に協力してくれる家族や糖尿病のことに関しては信頼できる専門家の支援を得られるという「支援を得る力」を持っていることも認められた。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_identifier_registration":{"attribute_name":"ID登録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_identifier_reg_text":"10.20638/00000029","subitem_identifier_reg_type":"JaLC"}]},"item_10002_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"関西看護医療大学"}]},"item_10002_relation_12":{"attribute_name":"論文ID（NAID）","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_relation_type":"isIdenticalTo","subitem_relation_type_id":{"subitem_relation_type_id_text":"110010039306","subitem_relation_type_select":"NAID"}}]},"item_10002_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AA12398668","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_10002_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"18835686","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_10002_version_type_20":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85","subitem_version_type":"VoR"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"魚里,
